Mission of Hidden Creek

Hidden Creek strives on creating the most beautiful and enjoyable environment for you. Our goal is to offer a compassionate staff with an incredible venue to host weddings, corporate and social events. We know that this may be the most important day of your life and we will strive to make your event special and unforgettable.

How it all started
Sam Pendyala and Isaac Mathai grew up together in Mesquite, Texas, serving in their churches and the surrounding communities. In 2006, they started in the event industry as DJ’s in the audio video production. They periodically talked about owning their own business in the wedding industry with no idea of what their talks would lead them to. Isaac attended radiology school, graduated and was practicing in Fort Worth. Sam graduated from University of Texas-Dallas with a Business Administration degree and went to own a couple of quick service restaurants in Richardson, TX.
Sam sold his restaurants and had all the kitchen equipment in his garage along with all the audio equipment in hopes of doing something later. In the summer of 2012, Isaac had the urge of starting his own business after feeling that he was stuck on the career ladder. The idea of starting a business came back and it became all that he could think about. With what people considered his career as stable, he was afraid to tell anyone about his dream because it would sound too crazy to make a drastic move into the event industry.
In a couple of months, Sam and Isaac met for dinner and the subject of owning a business came up again. They sat down with their wives and children and designed on a napkin, their dreams of a place called Hidden Creek. They put their napkin into action and broke ground in the Fall of 2015, and on October 15th, 2016 they completed their first wedding at Hidden Creek. What was once a dream to two boys who grew up in a small town in Texas, Hidden Creek is now a reality to have your dreams come true. Click here to know more about #dallas wedding venues.
