Why Project Managers Will Need Office 365 Project Management Tools

One of the features of the Office 365 project management application is the task management. Task management involves breaking down the whole project into different tasks or undertakings that need to be done to be able to achieve the desired goals or objectives of the project.
Task management gives response to the questions;
    what need to be done and in what order
    Who need to do the work or task
    What time will the task are done for the project to complete.
Task management can be said in a simple term as “team of staff will require to undertake tasks within specific time to be able to complete a project”. This definition might look very simple in many senses. But the truth of the matter is that task management will require good project management tools for it to make the project a successful one. A good tool for task management should be able to determine;
a.    Whether right people with appropriate skillset are used to undertake tasks
b.    If there is any member of the project team that is affected due to another member not doing his assigned task well or within the assigned time.
c.    If the project is on track or not.
A good project manager cannot just assign tasks to project team members alone, but he will also have to establish transparency in the processes involved so that every member will know that his/her performance in the project will affect other members assigned tasks.
