Our journey began in 2013 when Access Housing Australia recognised a gap in the market place for investors and created it’s real estate arm to offer services those investors were looking for.
Then beyond our wildest expectations major clients such as the City of Perth and Rottnest Island Authority favoured us with their accounts and in that time, we have firmly established this agency as a major provider of NRAS compliance services to our client base.
Magna Realty is the next step in growing this agency and our five year plan is growth as a franchisor with the capabilty to offer first class real estate services and support throughout Western Australia and the whole of Australia. We are excited to move forward into this expansion phase and the challenges ahead.
What motivates us is being in an industry that really makes a difference. We support our clients to support their families and they play an integral role in providing housing in the rental market. We at Magna Realty are also proud to contribute all our profits to Access Housing Australia who provide homes to low income and less privileged in our community.
