Some of the people who doesn’t eat for one day will be hungry. So the eat stop eat could not be a good method for the people who is not familiar with the fasting in order to start with it.
The warrior diet
 The warrior diet is one kind of diet where the foods are eaten very little only for 20 hours every each day. The person who is in the fasting in this method will consume all the kind of a food that can intake during the 4 hours that are remaining.
