The dharma wheel- the symbol of Buddhist laws

The dharma wheel appears only above the door of Kadampa temple between female and male deer. This symbolizes various stages of highest yoga Tantra. The eight iconic signs of Buddhist religion symbolizes that how to progress on the path. The wheel and top vajra teach people the stages of highest yoga Tantra. The female deer symbolizes realization of emptiness, and male deer symbolizes realization of great bliss. Whether as, the wheel of dharma signifies the unity of both.
Through progressing in the union of emptiness and great bliss, you can easily attain five omniscient pearls of wisdom that symbolize the top five vajra. You can also see a large wheel on the lantern tower containing precious scriptures and signifies the holy dharma.
